The Rundown: Peter and his son go on a mission in the desert while Ben and Jonah receive an unexpected visitor.

On the run after losing Harry and having his identity exposed, Peter and his family are in hiding in the desert trying to keep a low profile. Unfortunately, word of missing people in the area around an abandoned military base get his attention and Spider-Man decides to take his son Richard and the nano suit for a test run.
As Spider-Man and son discover a creature at the base made of sand and unable to communicate or escape, Richard has to find a way to help his father stop the threat. At the same time, Ben and Jonah face a threat of their own when Fisk pays them a visit.
The Story: Hickman writes a decent and often entertaining story with some good interactions between Peter and MJ as well as his son Richard. I think the MJ/Peter interactions were more interesting and the Sandman storyline was okay for the most part. I think the threads around the story are more engaging and I wanted more of the interaction between Ben, Jonah and Fisk as well as the aftermath of what happened to Harry.
The Art: Messina delivers some great art in the issue. I loved the camera angles on many of the scenes and the interactions between characters looked amazing.
